The supply of Category A and B Medical Kits is now subject to Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) regulations. This may restrict your ability to purchase these items.
Category A: For vessels operating more than 150 miles from a port.
Category B: For vessels operating less than 150 miles from a port, but if within rescue service range the distance can be extended.
Ocean Safety are only permitted to sell a Cat A, B & C medical Kit or Seasickness tablets to an end user upon completion of an Ocean Safety questionnaire (please request via info@oceansafety.com)
Ocean Safety are not permitted to sell through or on behalf of a third party, unless they hold a WDA licence.
