This new agreement brings internationally certified head and neck PPE to the UK commercial marine market.
Marine safety specialist Ocean Safety has been appointed exclusive UK distributor for BUFF® Safety, bringing the professional PPE brand’s specialist head and neck protection to commercial customers across the UK.
Under the new agreement, Ocean Safety will supply BUFF® Safety products through its UK sales network, supported by its commercial team’s technical knowledge and experience of working with vessel operators and organisations across the marine, offshore and waterside sectors. The addition complements Ocean Safety’s current safety apparel and wider PPE portfolio.
BUFF® created the original multifunctional neckwear more than 30 years ago. Its Safety collection now brings that experience to internationally certified head and neck PPE for professional use. Ocean Safety’s initial range includes arc flash-rated and flame-resistant balaclavas and neckwear, cut-resistant styles, firefighter balaclavas and Firefighter Particulate CoreX hoods, plus Original EcoStretch and windproof options in high-visibility and core colours.
