Ocean Safety Updates on COVID-19

With immediate effect, Ocean Safety will cease their van run service from all branches. However, we are still able to send orders to customers via courier (customers will be contacted before orders are dispatched to confirm they are open and accepting deliveries) or customers can collect from our branches at a pre-arranged date/time. For any servicing enquiries please contact .

Ocean Safety would like to support their loyal customers – both commercial and consumer during this unprecedented time.

We have frequent van runs from our Southampton, Plymouth and Greenock (Glasgow) branches and therefore able to deliver your orders, collect products for servicing and drop off serviced products if you are self-isolating or not able to make the journey into our offices.

In the interest of safeguarding our Ocean Safety team, certain departments will be home working from the 19th March 2020 until further notice. However, please note our Servicing, Production and Despatch teams will be working as normal to ensure we deliver our products to you in the regular way. In addition, our branches in Plymouth, Aberdeen and Glasgow are all open and working in their normal capacity.

We are fortunate to have the technology in place to allow us to work remotely and relevant landlines will be forwarded to team mobiles. Ocean Safety will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will update our social media channels with relevant updates or changes.


Given the speed and daily changes to the situation relating to COVID-19, we wanted to reassure our customers that presently it is business as usual for Ocean Safety.

Our main priority is that we provide a safe environment for our staff members and customers.

We are closely monitoring the Government guidelines; therefore if you or anyone in your household are not feeling well and/or are developing symptoms, we ask you to please postpone your visit to our offices/branches until you’re feeling better, however please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
