The 3Si Guardian CAT1/CAT2 EPIRB, one of the smallest and most compact available, broadcasts a unique registered distress signal that not only tells rescuers where you are, but who you are. The internal 66 channel GPS will automatically turn on and acquire your position upon activation and then utilizes a powerful 406 MHz signal to relay your distress call to orbiting satellites.

The 3Si Guardian EPIRB quickly and accurately relays your position to a worldwide network of Search and Rescue satellites, reducing search time and increasing your chances of survival.  As local Search and Rescue is deployed, a separate homing signal and integrated LED strobe light guide rescuers to your exact location.

The EPIRB features a full functional self test of internal circuitry, battery voltage and power, and 406 MHz transmission as well as built-in GPS acquisition test mode allowing you to test the internal GPS receiver to ensure it's working properly.

3Si’s group extends across the Atlantic

The UK’s leading specialists in the worldwide supply, distribution, service and hire of marine safety equipment, Ocean Safety, and their sister company Revere Survival, based in Florida, teamed together at the Annapolis Boat Show earlier in the month to support another UK company, World Cruising Club.
